MISSING LABORATORY ANALYSES RESULTS APPLICATION TO REVOKE AND REISSUE NJPDES PERMIT NO. NJ0025411 Enclosed please find a corrected copy of page V-4, GC/MS Fraction-Volatile Compounds, of EPA Form 2C for the discharge outfall DSN 461C.
The missing laboratory analyses results for Bis(Chloromethyl)Ether and Dichlorodifluoromethane had not been reported due to a laboratory reporting error which prevented their inclusion in the original application package.
A copy of this corrected page should be inserted into the application package for NJPDES Permit No. NJ0025411 in section "2C-V: DSN 461C".
The old page V-4 of this section should be marked "see revised page" and retained in the application as a record of this update of information.
