By letter dated August 27, 2010, FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) submitted an application pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations {1 0 CFR)

Part 51 and 10 CFR Part 54, to renew operating license NPF-3 for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1 (Oavis-Besse), for review by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff. This letter is to inform you of a change to the Safety Project Manager assigned to the Davis-Besse license renewal review. Effective October 29,2013, Mr. Juan Uribe will be the Safety Project Manager for Davis-Besse.
