SUMMARY

OF DECEMBER 1, 2009, PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS HUMAN PERFORMANCE SUBSTANTIVE CROSS-CUTTING ISSUES AT PRAIRIE ISLAND On December 1, 2009, staff from Region III and Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant met to discuss licensee actions to address the adverse trend in human performance at the facility. The meeting was a follow-up to the NRCs 2009 Reactor Oversight Process mid-cycle assessment of the Prairie Island facility. In that assessment, the NRC requested a meeting to discuss the adverse trend in human performance.

The NRC and licensee slides can be found in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) as ML093310284 and ML093290128 respectively.
