The Unit remained in Mode 3 while a faulty potentiometer associated with the voltage regulator circuitry in the Main Unit Generator was replaced.

During transfer of the Bypass Feedwater Regulating Valves to the Main Feedwater Regulating Valves, i the "B" Main Feedwater Regulating Valve failed to stroke fully open.
