SI-R67 i..CVCS-A21 Hangers RHR-R103, RHR-R106, and SI-R266 had been analyzed by Bechtel engineers and determined to require no repairs. Calculations and analysis records for those hangers were reviewed for compliance with the site pipe support analysis procedure. Hangers SI-R34, RHR6-R60, SI-R67, and CVCS-A21 had been analyzed by Bechtel and determined to require repairs. Calculations and analysis records for those hangers were reviewed for compliance with the site pipe support analysis procedure and the site pipe support repair procedure. Hangers SI-R67 and CVCS-A21 had been repaired and were visually inspected for compliance with their respective hanger repair notices and the site pipe support repair procedure. Hanger-SI-R67 and CVCS-A21 had not been repaired in accordance with their original hanger repair notices.

However, the licensee indicated that Becht,1 engineers had evaluated the condition and had authorized deviations from the original hanger repair notices. Records of calculations and 2 analysis for the resultant repaired condition were not available. Revisionr, to the hanger repair notices are recognized by the site pipe support repair procedure but recalculations and reenalysis of the revised hanger repair is not specif20G.

The licensee indicated that the site hanger repair procedure will be changed to require documentation of rece3culations and reanalysis of changes to all hanger repair notices.

All completed hanger repair work packages will be reviewed to assure documentation of recalculations and resnalysis for changes to the hanger ver:ir notices.

Pending completion of the above noted licensee action, this shall be identified as unresolved item 79-25-01, Revision of FNP-1-GMP-43, Repair of Piping Hangers in Safety Related System, to Require Recording of Recalculations for Changes to Hanger Repair Notices.
