Unit 2 Preoperational Test Procedure Review The following test procedures were reviewed for conformance with Regulatory Guide 1.68, 1.6, 1.7, FSAR Section 9.34, 5.5, 8.3, 14.1.3 and the Precautions, Limiations and Setpoints documen Diesel Generator Load Sequencing Preop (Train A) approved 3-20-7 No Comment Diesel Generator Load Sequencing Preop (Train B), approved 3-13-7 No Comment Boric Acid System Preop, approved 8-24-7 No Comment CVCS Recycle System Preop, approved 11-20-7 No Comment CVC Letdown Preop, approved 7-13-7 The inspector pointed out that a procedural caution note found in one section of the test is applicable throughout the test. Unit 1 Refueling Operations The inspector observed the refueling activities from the control room and from the containmen This inspection was made to determine compliance with Technical Specification During the review of the Fuel Assembly Handling Deviation Reports it was noted by the inspector that a single entry described a Gripper Alarm as sounding and preventing engagement. The entry stated that this had hap pened many time The Westinghouse coordinator stated at the exit that there is no known problem with the gripper alarm and a clarifying entry will be made to correct this problem. This item will be reviewed during a subsequent inspection (348/79-15-01). Plant Tour The inspector toured portions of Unit 1 and 2 control rooms, auxiliary buildings and reactor building During the tour of Unit 2 reactor building the inspector noted that the Safety Injection throttle valves were not tagged as required by FSAR question RSB-4-1. The required tags were subsequently manufactured and installed by the license No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.
