Licensee Action on Previously Identified Inspector Followup Items The inspector reviewed licensee action on a previously identified item of concern through discussions with licensee personnel and verification of implementation of applicable corrective action.

revisions to SQA 13, Nuclear Plant Security - Employee and Visitor Identifi-cation - DPM No. N72A26, Visits to Licensed Nuclear Power Plants - DPM N76A6, and AI 14, Plant Training Program, that address training to be given prior to badging of offsite and temporary employees; however, there is no method of implementing specific trsining in fire plans and procedures required during badging. Until specific implementation is addressed this item remafns open.
6.
Review of lE Circulars The inspector reviewed IE circular 78-09 to determine that the licensee had received and routed this document to cognizant supervisors and that appro-priate action had been taken. This circular is closed.
7.
Plant Tour The inspector conducted a tour of Unit 1 spent fuel area, fuel receiving area, Residual Heat Removal and Core Spray pump and heat exchanger rooms, Auxiliary Feed Pump area, High Pressure Injection pump room, upper reactor compartments and control room. Housekeeping and general cleanliness were observed.
No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.
