Review of Licensee Identified Items a.
Closed - Licensee Identified Icem 79-20-01 which concerned the over-heating of bearings in motor driven auxiliary feedwater pumps. The inspector reviewed completed work plan 2795 dated May 9, 1979 which installed a piping modification to supply the bearings in the motor driven auxiliary feedwater pumps with cooling water. This item is closed.
b.
Closed - Licensee Identified Item 79-20-02 which concerns a section of the SIS Accumulator Level Lines not meeting ASME requirements or being seismically qualified. The inspector reviewed completed work plan 2549 dated September 6, 1979 which replaced those sections of line in question with lines that meet the ASME requirements and are seismically qualified.
