ERRATA FOR DIABLO CANYON POWER PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - NRC EXAMINATION REPORT 05000275/2021301 AND 05000323/2021301

Dear Ms. Gerfen:

By letter dated July 27, 2023, (ML23221A086), Diablo Canyon requested to extend the date the examination materials from the 2021 NRC initial license examination were released. We have determined that, based on the circumstances described in your request, the release date of the exam materials can be extended from August 12, 2023, to September 30, 2024. However, this creates an error in NRC Examination Report 05000275/2021301 and 05000323/2021301 (ML21076A614). The delayed release date for the final written exams (ML21075A088) and final operating test (ML21075A087) is now September 30, 2024. Please replace the attachment page of the examination report with the attached page.
