Dear Mr. Lewis:

Reference 1 indicates that the final written examinations and final operating test from the Initial Operator Licensing Examinations administered at Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) in January and February 2021 will be withheld from public disclosure until August 12, 2023. Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) requests this material be withheld from public disclosure through September 2024, to allow its use as an evaluation tool for the upcoming initial license candidates.

PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.
