Comment Resolution 1
Since there is a tube rupture event in scenario 2, I am very concerned that there is overlap with JPMs A4, A8 and possibly A9.
Replaced JPMs A4 and A8 with alternates.
Content of A9 does not appear in scenario 2 (no actions associated with E-Plan occur as part of the scenario).
Additional changes:
Replaced A3 with different JPM (same K/A)
Control Room / In-Plant System JPM Outline (Date)
Comment Resolution 1 E Type Code only applies to in-plant JPMs (affects S5 and S6)
Removed "E" type code from JPMs S5 and S6.
2 S8 is listed as C and S. It is either in the control room or simulator, not both.
Removed "C" type code.
3 Is it possible to modify one of the in-plant JPMs so all three are not direct from bank?
Created new in-plant JPM to replace LJP-3.
Additional changes:
Changed K/A associated with S2 Replaced S4S to avoid potential overlap issue based on scenario revision.

Comment Resolution 1 Scenario 2, Critical Task 3, I do not see how the CT is bounded Revised scenario to shorten run time. New Critical Task bounding changed as a result.
2 Scenario 4, Critical Task 1, how long in the given situation does it take to reach dryout? i.e., is it a reasonable CT?
Removed original critical task #1.
3 Scenario 5, Critical Task 3, I do not see how the CT is bounded Revised scenario to shorten run time. New Critical Task bounding changed as a result.

Clarified CT-3 to eliminate note.
o Eliminated "manual trip" from item 5 of scenario summary based on timing.

Revised event 1.
o Revised backend of scenario (scenario events 6 and 8) to shorten run time. Now straight tube rupture rather than rupture with loss of pressurizer pressure control.
o Revised attribute table, CT-3, and scenario summary to reflect backend revision.
Scenario #4 o
Replaced event 1.
o Revised events 3 and 5 to shorten scenario run time.
Scenario #5 o
Added new event #1 and deleted old event 2; old event 1 now event 2.
