Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-313 License No. DPR-51 Replacement Westinghouse Low Pressure Turbine Rotor Information (File: 0285, 1510.1)
Gentlemen:
1 - Your letter of April 10, 1981 requested information concerning our new Westinghouse No. 2 Low Pressure Turbine Rotor at Arkansas Nucle.r One, Unit No. 1 (ANO-1). The original rotor was replaced during the recent refueling outage. Specifically, you indicated that the information requested should include that originally identified in Enclosure 2 to your letter dated February 25, 1980. You stated that your intention was to use this information to provide NRC with the capability of per-forming independent assessments of our turbine after each inspection.
Therefore, attached are supplements to what was previously labeled At-tachment 3 Appendix A (proprietary) and Appendix B (non proprietary) in our January 19, 1981 letter to you. Because much of the requested data is Westinghouse Proprietary Information, Westinghouse has requested that the subject information be withheld from public discle ure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790. Accordingly, Attachment 1 is a copy of the Application For Withholding Proprietary Information From Public Disclosure from Westinghouse. Attachment 2 is a copy of the Affidavit which sets forth the basis for withholding the information.
