's This replies to your letter of November 16, 1978. We expect to hold hearings in Raleigh before the end of the year on CP&L's management capability to construct and operate the Harris nuclear facility. We will l notify you when the hearing date becomes established.

The time to become an intervenor in the proceedings has long since past.
