Dear Mr. Adkins:

In accordance with your application dated February 26,1999, and pursuant to Part 76 of Title 10 ,

of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP-1 is hereby amended by l revising PGDP Technical Safety Requirements related to the audibility requirements for the  !

Criticality Accident Alarm System at PGDP and the related sections of the Safety Analysis  ;

Report. Accordingly, Conditions 8 and 9 of Certificate of Compiiance GDP-1 have been revised to include the date of Februrary 26,1999. This amendment becomes effective upon issuance.

All other conditions of this certificate shall remain the same. i l
