In accordance with your applications dated March 16,1999, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificates of Compliance GDP-1 and GDP-2 are hereby amended by revising PGDP and PORTS Technical Safety Requirement Sections 3.1.1 and .
3.10.4.d to reflect a chan0e in the title of the Executive Vice President, Operations to Executive l Vice President. Accordingly, Condition 9 of Certificates of Compliance GDP-1 and GDP-2 has been revised to include the date of March 16,1999. These amendments become effective upon issuance.
