Dear Mr. Adkins:
In accordance with your applicr4 tion dated July 20,1999, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulatiens, Certificate of Compliance GDP-1 is hereby amended to revise six Technical Safety Require'nents (TSRs) sections: mode applicability revision for cylinder lifting restrictions in Building C-360 in TSR Section 2.1.4.17; and editorial and formatting changes in TSR Sections 2.1.4.8,2.3.4.1,2.3.4.4,2.3.4.16, and 3.10.4.b. Accordingly, Condition 9 has been revised to include the date of July 20,1999. This amendment will become effective 30 days after being signed.
All other conditions of this ceriificate shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance and a copy of the Compliance l Evaluation Report prepared to support the amendment of Certificate of Compliance GDP-1. j Sincerely

In accordance with your application dated July 20,1999, and pursuant 'o Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP-1 is hereby amended to revise six Technical Safety Requirements (TSRs) sections: mode applicability revision for cylinder lifting restrictions in Building C-360 in TSR Section 2.1.4.17; and editorial and formatting changes in TSR Sections 2.1.4.8,2.3.4.1,2.3.4.4,2.3.4.16, and 3.10.4.b. Accordingly, Condition 9 has been revised to include the date of July 20,1999. This amendment will become effective no4M than-30 days after being signed.
All other conditions of this certificate shan .imain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance and a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Report prepared to support the amendment of Certificate of Compliance GDP-1.
