Docket No. 70-7001 Event Report ER-99-12, Update A review of NRC Event Report ER-99-12 (NRC No. 36021) issued to the Commission on September 10, 1999, revealed the following two statements inadvertently omitted from the document:
- 1. At the_ end of the first paragraph in the cover letter add the statement, "There are no commitments contained in this report."
- 2. On page 4 of 4, Section B, "Plarmed Corrective Actions," add the following paragraph after action no. 4, " Planned Corrective Actions 1 through 4 are not commitments. These actions are considered enhancements."
