PADUCAH (PGDP) AND PORTSMOUTH (PORTS) GASEOUS DIFFUSION PLANT CERTIFICATE AMENDMENT REQUESTS: QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM CHANGES (PGDP TAC NO. L32108, PORTS TAC NO. L32109)
Dear Mr. Adkins:
In accordance with your applications dated February 12,1999, and pursuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificates of Compliance GDP-1 and GDP-2 are hereby amended by revising the PGDP and PORTS Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) contained in Volume 3 of the respective certificate applications to include additional ways to approve suppliers for inclusion on the Approved Suppliers List and to clarify the audit requirements applied to suppliers conducting work under the QAPs Accordingly, Condition 8 of Certificates of Compliance GDP-1 and GDP-2 has been revised to include the date of February 12,1999.
These amendments become effective ninety days after issuance.
All other conditions of these certificates shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the revised Certificates of Compliance.
