We have received your applications to amend Certificates of Comp:iance GDP-1 and GDP-2 transmitted by letters dated February 12,1999. Your request for Paducah has been assigned TAC No. L32108, and the request for Portsmouth has been assigned TAC No. L32109. Please reference these numbers in any future correspondence associated with these requests.
We have completed the initial administrative review of your applications for amendment of your certificates. No ' omissions or deficiencies were identified; therefore, we have found them i
acceptable for formal review. Please note that the technical review may identify omissions in j
the submitted information or technical issues that require additional information.
Based on our administrative reviews and projection of current review schedules, we anticipate completing our review by April 16,1999. This date could change depending on the findings of our technical review, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any 1
