Paducah Regulatory Affairs Manager, to conduct a meeting on Wednesday June 30,1999, beginning at 2:00 pm Central Daylight Time at the Ursited States Nuclear Regulatory Commission,' 801 Warrenville Road, Lisle, Illinois, 60532-4351. This meeting is a transcribed predecisional enforcement conference to discuss the apparent violation as described in the

. referenced correspondence. The conference will be closed to public observation; however, the former Paducah Manager of Quality Systems has been invited to attend.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's ' Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be placed in the PDR.
