REPLACEMENT PAYMENT SURETY BOND FOR GASEOUS DIFFUSION.
PLANTS
Dear Mr. Toelle:
We have completed our review of the new Payment Surety Bond (PSB) for the Paducah and Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plants which you provided in your letter dated May 3,1999.
Also, we have reviewed the rider to the PSB--which deleted language referring to an external sinking fund--and the Specimen Certificate of Events, Certificate of Resolutions, Schedules A through C, and Acknowledgement for the Standby Trust Agreement enclosed with your July 12, 1999 letter.
Enclosed are the cancelled PSBs for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (Bond Number 15006821) and Safeco Insurance Company of America (Bond Number 5941834) which were replaced by PSB from Safeco Insurance Company of America (Bond Number 5972843) as you requested in your letter dated May 3,1999.
