SUMMARY

STATEMENT: Crystal River 3 ended its fifth refueling outage on Aui;ust 20 at 0309.

After startup, the high pressure turbine experienced two steam leaks in the same drain line. The reactor tripped automatically, once on high RCS pressure and once as an anticipatory trip following the first high pressure steam leak. During startup the plant reduced power to conduct turbine testing.
