Enclosed is a revised cop / of the technical specifications proposed for General Atomics' TRIGA Mark l Reactor (License No. R-38). The revised proposed technical specifications are submitted in support of GA's pending request for a possession only license amendment to its R-38 license. Please replace the previously submitted (Reference) version of the proposed technical specifications with the enclosed copy. The enclosed technical specifications (TS) differ from those previously submitted in the following ways: 1) a previously unnoticed pagination inconsistency caused by a footnote has been corrected, 2) the words "may be" in item 6 of TS 9.3 g. have been replaced with the word *are" to be consistent with previously approved wording for this TS, and 3) a typographical error was corrected in TS 9.5 wherein the letter designating item "i" was corrected to be a lower case letter rather than capitalized.
