Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact related to your application for amendment to Amended Facility License No. R-38 for the General Atomics TRIGA Mark i Research Reactor and Facility License No. R-67 for the General Atomics Mark F Research Reactor dated April 18,1997, as supplemented on November 20,1998, and' January 28 and 29, February 3, April 22, May 3 and 12, and June 15,' 16, and 22,1999. The proposed amendment would approve the decommissioning plan for the General Atomics TRIGA Mark I and Mark F Reserrch Reactors.

The assessment is being forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
