telephone numbers of GA emergency response personnel. Inasmuch as these changes do not represent a decrease in the effectiveness of the plan, they are ceing made pursuant to 10 CFR 70.32 (1). Copies of the revised pages, dated August 1998 are enclosed for your use in updating the NRC's copiec of the subject plan.
