General Atomics (GA) recently responded (Ref.1) to your request for additional l information (Ref. 2) regarding GA's submittal of a decommissioning plan for its TRIGA* Mark I and Mark F non-power reactors. In its response to Item No. 7 of your request, GA indicated it had enclosed a copy of its Quality Assurance Program Document (QAPD) for the TRIG A*

Reactor Facility decommissioning. Unfortunately, this QAPD was inadvertently omitted from the submittal. Therefore, please find the subject QAPD enclosed herein. GA apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the previous omission.
