Dear Mr. Adkins:

We have received your application to amend Certificate of Compliance GDP-1 transmitted by letter dated July 20,1999. Your request has been assigned TAC No. L32128. Please reference this number in any future correspondence associated with this request.

No omissions or deficiencies were identified; therefore, we have found it acceptable for formal review. Please note that the technical review may identify omissions in the submitted Information or technical issues that require additional information.

This date could change depending on the findings of our technical review, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule.
