The staff informs me that the inspection referred to in Item 2 of your request was documented in the Supplemental Safety Evaluation Reports (SSER) Numbers 21 and 22 for Diabl8 Canyon (NUREG-675), which are available in the PDR.

With regard to Item 3 of your request, you agreed to narrow the scope of your request in a September 23, 1987 conversation with Natalie Brown of my staff, to any NRC internal correspondence, or correspondence between NRC and 'BNL dealing with the analyses of the work performed by BNL between October 1981 and December 1984 on the Independent Design Verification Program at Diablo Canyon.
