                   documented in the enclosed SALP report. This report will be discussed with
                  you    at a public meeting to be held at the Harris site on May 3, 19H , at -

                   The SALP process assesses licensee performance in- four functional areas:"
                  Plant Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Plant Support.

                  The assessment concluded that.Harrir continued its superior performance in all
                  four functional areas. This continued high level of safety performance is
                  due, in part, to strong management involvement and effective' teamwork. Line
                  omanization so.lf-assessments and NAS assessments were thorough and effective 4

                  challenges during the previous SALP period. The implementation of the Work.
