DOCKET NO. 50-445 CABLE TRAY HANGER REVERIFICATION PROGRAM SDAR: CP-85-052 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On December 20, 1985, we notified you via our report TXX-4657 of a reportable deficiency regarding the Cable Tray llanger Reverification Program. Our letter logged TXX-6435, dated May 13, 1987, identified this issue as one for which the original completion date for the implementation of corrective actions was fuel load (based on a previous fuel load date) and the imple m ,iation of these actions was still in progress. This report is submitted +L provide the corrective actions being implemented to resolve this issue.
To correct the defiencies identified, the following corrective actions have been completed:
o Revision of applicable procedures / Field Verification Methods.
o Training of personnel to the revised criteria. .
o Validation / inspection of cable tray hangers in accordance with the revised criteria (including those which had been previously field verified and inspected in the initial phase of the program).
