In the course of inspection the inspector shall note any item not covered by reinspection / verification which .ppear out of the ordinary as related to the construction of the inspected item or surrounding area. Note such in the remarks column of inspection checklist and initiate an out-of-scope observation. This observation shall be lirted 1 on package table of contents and stored with the package in records."
