Change Section 5.1.0 to read:
"Verify that the orientation of the conduit and/or junction box with respect to the support is in accordance v'th the generic / design drawing."
2.
Add the following to Section 5.3.1.c:
"k' hen the conduit size is not indicated on the sketch (capacity / span sketch) verification of conduit size is not required."

Change Section 5.3.le to read:
"Any additional items attached to the support."
4.
Add the following to NOTE 3 of Section 5.3.1:
"The fittings identified in NOTE 35 of drawing 2323-S-0910 Sh.
G-le (identified in Attachment 6.19 pg. 5 of 31 in the QI) do not require identification or inspection by the inspector."

Change the first sentence in Section 5.3.2 NOTE 2 as follows:
"For junction box supports not requiring load verification (via verification of conduit span length or total weight on support), the number of conduits entering / exiting'the junction box may be noted in writing by the responsible QA/QC Inspector on Attachment 6.13 "Supplemental Remarks."
6, Add the following note after Section 5.3.2ft NOTE 3 : Sub-attributes of Section 5.3.1 and 5.3.2 which are redundant (i.e. the verification of items in one sub-attribute is also reviewed in another sub-attribute) with another sub-attribute which is accepted or rejected by the inspector may be marked NA (not applicable) in the checklist.
