APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION OmahaPublicPowerDistrict(OPPD) Docket: 50-285 Fort Calhoun Station Operating License: DPR-40 During an NRC inspection conducted on August 8-19, 1988, a violation of NRC requirements was identified. The violation involved the failure to maintain records. In accordance with the "General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions," 10 CFA Part 2. Appendix C (1988), the violation is listed below:

i Examination Procedure Standing Order No. 26, Appendix G. Revision 26, 4 dated August 7, 1988, requires that a Visual Weld Examination Report Form No. FC-1103 be prepared after an examination.
