AMENDMENT NO. 14 TO OPERATING LICENSE NO. R-95 The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 14 to Facility Operating License No. R-95 for the Rhode Island Atomic Energy Commission.
The amendment consists of changes to the technical specifications in response to your application dated April 24, 1985.
The amendment changes the allowable pH range of the secondary coolant water from 5.5-7.5 to 5.5-9.
Copies of the amendment and the Safety Evaluation are enclosed.
