This forwards the report of the routine inspection conducted by Mr. E. Conner of
this office on March 28-31, 1988 at Narragansett, Rhode Island, of activities
authorized by NRC-License No. R-95 and to Mr. Conner's discussions of our findings
with your at the conclusion of the inspection.
Our inspector noted numerous out-of-date Technical Specification provisions and
the steps taken to incorporate the Technical Specifications into your word pro-
cessing system. We encourage you to carry that effort through to improving Tech-
nical Specification clarity and accuracy by initiating changes to fully reflect
current conditions.
During this inspection, an apparent violation involving fuel burnout limit records i
was identified. This matter should be addressed as specified in Appendix A.
