l Enclosed you will find a copy of the proposed Emergency Core Cooling System for Facility License No. R-95.
This system would enable the reactor power rating to be increased to 3 megawatts when a larger primary cooling pump is installed.
Revisions to sections of the Safety Analysis Report that are effected by this modification are enclosed.
