This letter is to inform you that the responsibility for the Non Power toactor inspection program has been transferred from the Regional Office to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR).

All activities regarding Non Power reactors including licensing, inspection, er3 operator licensing will be the responsibility of NRR. All related correspondence, reports, and inquiries (with the Docket No. clearly specified) should be directed to:
