10 CFR 50.54(p) SUBMITTAL FOR Rl! ODE ISLAND ATOMIC ENERGY COMMISSION This letter is in response to your correspondence of November 30,1992, and January 7,1993, regarding changes to the Rhode Island Atomic Energency Commission Physical Security Plan identified as Revision 4 and Revision 5.
We have reviewed the changes submitted and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), and acceptable for inclusion in the Plan. The enclosures to your letters contained Proprietary Information of a type specified in-10 CFR 2.790 and will be withheld from public disclosure.
