DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Reactor Coolant Vent Syt. tem Technical Specification Implementation By letter dated March 27, 1984 you requested that we notify the Commis-sion upon implementation of the Reactor Coolant Vent System Technical Specifications. In response to that request, this letter is being provided to inform you that the manual isolation valves in the Unit i vent lines have been blocked and tagged in accordance with the require-ments of Tech Spec 4.18 and that Technical Specifications 3.1. A.5 and 4.18 have been implemented for Prairie Island Unit 1.

The NRC Project Manager for Prairie Island was notified of this imple-mentation by phone on October 25, 1984.
