Prairie Island Nuclear Power Plant Reload Safety Evaluation Methods for Application to PI Units On January 29,1999, NSP submitted, for NRC review, Revision 7 to NSPNAD-8102,
" Prairie Island Nuclear Power Plant Reload Safety Evaluation Methods for Application to PI Units." During discussions with NRC staff following submittal, it was decided to revise pages 71 and 72 of the report to clarify the intent regarding calculations of the shutdown margin. In addition, page 298 is also revised to reflect the changes to pages 71 and 72. The revised pages are submitted with this letter. Following NRC approval of the report, an approved version of NSPNAD-8102 will be issued in its entirety.
In this letter we have made no new Nuclear Regulatory Commission commitments.
