Docket Nos. 50-250-OLA-4 and 50-251-OLA-4 (Pressure Temperature Limits)

Dear Appeal Board Members:

In accordance with your Order of May 29, 1990, this letter is to advise you that the Nuclear Energy Accountability Project (NEAP) lacks sufficient funds to send a representative to the oral argument scheduled for July 10, 1990 in Bethesda, Maryland.

Unless NEAP's earlier motion to move place of hearing to Miami, Florida is granted by the Appeal Board, our organization will not be represented at oral argument in these proceedings.

Should the Appeal Board grant NEAP's earlier motion to move place of hearing to Miami, Florida, then NEAP's Executive Director, Thomas J. Saporito, Jr. would represent the organization's interests in these proceedings.

Sincerely,

[b Thomas J. Saporito, Jr.

Executive Director, NEAP t
