'(2) the second paragraph, 'Lynda Jennings' a reporter with the-South Dade News Leader, spoke with Mr. Ken Clark of the. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and not with Mr. Oscar DeMiranda.
I have. spoken with Mr. DeMiranda and' brought this error to his attention with an apology.,Mr. DeMiranda informed me that in accordance with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's policy, he does not personally speak with-the media and that he would refer such calls to the NRC Public Relations Personnel.
Additionally, I have contacted Ms.Lynda Jennings and brought this error to her attention with an apology.
