This refers to the meeting conducted at the Houston County Administration Building in Dothan, AL on November 19, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. The meetings purpose was to discuss the results of an extended Augmented Inspection Team inspection for an additional Residual Heat Removal (RHR) system breaker failure at the Farley Nuclear Plant. Also at this meeting, the NRC discussed entry of both Farley Units into the Degraded Cornerstone column of the NRC Action Matrix. A list of attendees is available in NRCs document system (ADAMS) as accession number ML073330140.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
