Regarding the proposal by Mr. Schinki in his letter of June 11, 1980, I, on behalf of myself, Mr. Perrenod, and Ms. Cumings j have no objection to and favor consolidation of Baker 1, Cumings 1, Tex Pirg Additional 32, Doggett 4, and Perrenod 1, with .

Baker as the representative.

Regarding First Set of Interrogatories and Requests for Pro-duction of Documents from Stephen A. Doggett and W. Matthew Perrenod to Houston Lighting & Fouer Company, Regarding Consolidated Contentions Doggett 4 and Perrenod 1 mailed June 5, 1980, a copy of same was inadvertently not mailed to counsel for applicant. A copy of same was hand-delivered to counsel for Applicant on June 12, 1980.

This will confirm the agreement that Doggett will be lead party on consolidated contentions Bishop 14 and Doggett 1 (b) as set out in Mr. and Mrs. Bishop's letter dated June 7. 1960.
