Allens Creek Nuclear Generating Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-466 This letter is in response to requests by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission that Houston Lighting & Power Company benchmark the pipe stress computer program used for Allens Creek against NUREG CR-1677. HL&P will direct Ebasco Services, Inc., to benchmark their code, named PIPESTRESS 2010, against NUREG CR-1677.

This program will be scheduled for completion near the end of 1983.
