Dear Members of the Board:
This is with reference to our letter of February 12, 1982, indicating that HL&P has under consideration the feasibility of continuing the Allens Creek Nuclear Generating Station Project (ACNGS).
That matter remains under study; continuation of the ACNGS project remains as one of the alterna-tives under consideration.
For all of the reasons stated in the Board's Memorandum and Order of March 9, 1982, (denying a motion for review of dates for recpening hearings and continuances), a timely de-cision by the Board on the ACNGS project is an important factor in connection with our ongoing re-evaluation.
We will inform the Board in a timely manner of any change in the status of this matter.
