On January 24, 1980, Applicant filed with the Board a Motion to Compel TexPirg to Answer Interrogr tories; and Request for Extension of Discovery.

At the time the motion was filed, Applicant had not received responses f rom intervonor TexPirg to Appli-cant's Fourth Set of Interrogatories, which responses were due on January 2, 1980.

Applicant has now received TexPirg's responses to these interrogatories, and accordingly, hereby withdraws its motion to compel.

Ilowever, in light of TexPirg's untimely responses, Applicant requests the Board to. grant its request for an extension of 800'2110137
