Dear Mr Chase Stephens:
In response to your telephone call which reminded me that I had not enclosed notice of those that had been served with copies of Dr David Marrack's, " TEX PIRG'S SUPPLEMENTAL DIRECT WRITTEN TESTIMONY OF DR. MARRACK",. I send you this letter as requested.
On July 27,1981, I sent you 4 copies, and individual copies to the applicants two attorneys, the NRC staff attorney, the three Board members, and the other necessary parties. All were sent' by first class U.S. Mail.
