This letter will inform the Board Panel that I wish to cross-examine all expert witnesses of the Applicant, Intervenors, Staff and State of Texas, in the above referenced hearings, that will testify on. siting and siting-related topics.

Please note that the following dates in March, 1981, I have to be in Court: .

Monday, March 2, 1981 Tuesday, March 3,1981 Wednesday, March 11, 1981 Monday, March 16, 1981 Tuesday, March 17, 1981 Friday, March 20, 1981 Tuesday, March 24, 1981 This is my court schedule for March, 1981, as I know it .

today. The March 16, 1981, trial may last several days. Additional Court and deposition dates may come up. This information is given so that all parties will know what dates I cannot be present at the hearings. Should siting cross-examination continue into April, 1981, I shall furnish you with my April Court schedule.
