Duke Power service area. Not only does this delay pre;1ude =

of delay increases the ultimate cost of this generating ~~ ~~

station. Unfortunately, all of these costs will be borne by ratepayers at a time when inflation and other factors are steadily pushin; the cost of electricity upward.
